quiet streetfriendly staff
the location is CENTRAL to major attractions on a quiet street. i found the staff helpful and they replenished all supplies daily, so the room was clean. the staff was also friendly!

the staff WAS friendly and helpful AT the reception desk.
The air CONDITIONING wasn't working during the heatwave. it WAS very hot, and NOT getting any prior notice to reschedule was VERY annoying. the room WAS small. Only ONE person could walk around the bed. the bathroom felt claustrophobic even IF it looked modern.
